黎·穆塔里甫（1922-1945），维吾尔族优秀的革命诗人。1945年和战友们准备武装起义时，因叛徒出卖被逮捕，在监狱墙上写下：“这广漠的世界对于我恰似一座地狱，万恶的刽子手使我青春的花朵枯萎。”9月18日他被国民党当局杀害，年仅23岁。
