六卷。《附录》一卷。元贡奎(1269—1329)撰。奎字仲章。宣城(今属安徽)人。官至集贤学士,追封广陵郡侯,谥文靖。所著有《云林小稿》、《听雪斋记》、《青山漫吟》、《倦游集》、《豫章稿》、《上元新录》、《南州纪行》等。明永乐年间征入秘府,家无副本,绝而不传。唯《云林小稿》尚存。弘治间其裔孙元礼复采诸书所载奎诗及遗文二篇,即今本。有《四库全书》本,清乾隆四十一年(1776)宣城贡氏刊本。另有明弘治三年 (1490) 天台范吉刊本 (藏于北京图书馆),题为 《贡文靖公云林诗集》。
