曲论。清平步青撰。一卷。步青一名庸,字景孙,号栋山,又号侣霞,别署三壶佚史,浙江山阴人。同治进士,授江西督粮道,曾署布政使、按察使。后引疾归隐。著有《群书斠识》等数十种。晚年自订所著书为《香雪崦丛书》。《说稗》考证戏曲故事来源三十七种,约二万四千字。所作文章基本上属于索隐派的研究方法,多有附会。有光绪间山阴乎氏刻《香雪崦丛书》本,一九五九年中国戏剧出版社《中国古典戏曲论著集成(九)》本。
