一卷。王国维撰。本书为戏曲杂考札记一类,对古代戏曲中的角色名目、杂剧传奇的本事、曲家、曲目、南曲源始等多有考证。采取分条列项的说明方式,眉目十分清楚。其中有些材料被作者纳入所著《戏曲考》、《宋元戏曲史》等著作中。由于作者写作此书时,许多关于戏曲的刊本、抄本尚未传世,故所考亦有疏失。此书写于宣统元年(1909),初刊于上海《国粹学报》第六年第五号至第七号,后收入1927年《王忠悫公遗书》第四集及1936年《海宁王静安先生遗书》中。1957年中国戏剧出版社编辑出版的《王国维戏曲戏文集》亦收入。
