清朱孝臧编选，张尔田补录。一卷。是编为朱氏客寓吴中时，与张尔田“恒共商略去取”选成。后朱氏移居上海，与况周颐踪迹日密，又补选入况词。最后由张尔田补入朱氏自作十阕成编。朱氏卒后，始付梓，刻入《彊村遗书》。全书录清人毛奇龄、陈维崧、朱彝尊、曹贞吉、顾贞观、成德、厉鹗、张惠言、周之琦、项廷纪、蒋春霖、王鹏运、郑文焯、朱祖谋、况周颐凡十五家，词一百三十七首。有清一代词坛名家略已备具。有民国十年(1921)季夏张尔田序。
