周曾锦撰。一卷。共二十则，记述词人轶事、交游酬唱等，所录以近代词人为主，兼及宋词人，有柳永、张先、吴文英等，但不以时代先后排列，如首录杜文澜词，后录张子野词。书中间有评论，如云：“勒少仲(方锜)《榑洲词》二卷，清丽有馀，新警不足。”又云：徐贯恂(澹庵)《碧春词》“清新可传。归安朱古微侍郎称其词自壬子(1912)后，一洗粉泽之态，与东坡、后村二家为近，可谓善变”。有家刻《周曾锦遗书》本。《词话丛编》本据以辑入。
