元代柯丹邱所作南戏。全剧四十八出，叙述王十朋、钱玉莲的故事，内容丰富，但结构及描写不佳。钱玉莲拒绝巨富孙汝权的求婚，宁肯嫁给以“荆钗”为聘的温州穷书生王十朋。后来王十朋中了状元，因拒绝万俟丞相逼婚，被派往荒僻的地方任职。孙汝权暗自更改王十朋的家书为“休书”，哄骗玉莲上当﹔钱玉莲的后母也逼她改嫁，玉莲不从，投河自尽，幸遇救。经过种种曲折，王、钱二人终于团圆。
