词集。北宋方千里撰。一卷。千里,信安(今河北霸县)人。约徽宗宣和间在世,曾官苏州签判。此集皆和周邦彦之词。周氏精音律,被视为词家之冠。方氏和词极力以周词用字为标准。因周词版本甚多,流传中常有差异,方氏所据版本或有不同。《千顷堂书目》、《佳趣堂书目》、善本书室藏旧抄本、《宋六十名家词》本、《四库全书》本,劳权抄校本等,俱作一卷。《全宋词》用毛斧季校本,存词93首。
