近代诗话。2卷。王松著。初版本未见。台湾银行经济研究室1959年1月重新印行。卷首有郑如兰《序》、邱菽园《序》、作者《自序》、洪月樵题诗。卷末有林辂存《跋》。该书集中评介清末民初台湾籍诗人。由于作者与评介对象属于同籍、同代，故材料较为可信，可资研究近代台湾文学者参考。作者在书中有言曰：“余欲善天下万世以兴起耳;且使他日作史者见之，亦足以资考证。”“论诗则尺寸不能假借，可则可，否则否。”
