一名《东莱诗话》、《东莱紫薇诗话》。宋吕本中著。一卷，八十九则。其论诗美学观点，基本倾向于江西诗派。主张学李商隐，强调学习前人诗，须独专执着于一人，熟读观摹，方能有异于众人。追求独立的审美风格，但又忽视对生活的体察。又推崇黄庭坚，认为在学其诗时，独专学杜甫，也表现其对美学风格多样化的提倡：“不主一家，也不主一格。”有《历代诗话》本。
