又名《天台林公辅先生文集》，三卷。明林右撰。林右,字公辅,浙江临海人,生卒年不详。明洪武中官中书舍人。奉玺书行边有功,进春坊大学士,命其辅导皇太孙。后以事谪中都教谕,遂弃官归里。永乐帝即位,召之不至,以械缚至京欲官之,不屈,割其鼻至死。著有《林公辅集》。是集凡三卷,中多记、序酬应之作,有数则记、序题后间涉史事,记行边事尤详。但其文字功力则没有特殊超人之处,因而文名平平。有四库本。
