凶逆乱常，侵侮中夏，潼关失守，京国不宁。朕因涉岐梁，至于巴蜀，遂命皇帝，肇登宝历，爰靖妖氛。今官军益振，回纥效款，即拟南行，共为翦灭。卿忠惟奉国，孝则保家，怀不二之心，秉难夺之操。皇帝累申宠命，兼以崇班，宜有懋于深功，（一作宫）且用光于重守。
