维天宝三年，岁次甲申，闰二月乙未朔二十二日景辰，皇帝诏曰：於戏！王化所及，礼在于怀柔；藩部有归，义存于册命。咨尔陁拔萨惮国王阿鲁施多，志怀恭顺，深达智谋，宾以使臣，修其职贡。信义昭著，深可褒称，是用命尔为恭化王。尔其祗奉典册，懋遵风教，忠勤自励，始终无违。用率于遐邦，以宣我朝命，可不慎欤！
