有自青城山归者，谓于某道观中见一残额，书曰“律师房”，颇以为疑。
其实，此古制也，今之所谓“法官”、“律师”，皆道教中职官名词。道教始祖之老子，以“无法无纪”、毁弃一切典章文制为其立说之则，而后世之司法官吏职名，乃假用道教中之职官名词，此一大矛盾之事，亦一有趣味之事也。
