游记。原题方瀛等撰。陈振孙《直斋书录解题》作徐灵府撰。徐灵府,字名征,自号默希子,钱塘(今杭州)人。唐道士。元和十年,自衡岳移居台岭。此书则成于宝历初年。《天台山记》古逸丛书本,共一卷。是作者在唐元和年间(806—820)游天台山的游记。主要记载了南北朝、隋、唐时期天台山佛道两教兴起的历史情况。其中较详细地记述了天台宗创始人智顗在此山修寺说法、开创宗派以及唐代道士司马承祯、吕洞宾在此山隐居修炼等情况。约成书于唐元和年间,曾有写本流行。近世有《古逸丛书》本。亦见载于日本《大正藏》。
