清朝靳辅撰。辅有《奏疏》，已著录。是书卷一为《川泽考》、《漕运考》、《河决考》、《河道考》。卷二为《职官考》、《堤河考》及《修防汛地埽规》，河夫额数、闸坝修规、船料工值皆附焉。卷三为辅所上章疏及部议。卷四为各河疏浚事宜及施工缓急先后之处。其《川泽考》所载，於黄河自龙门以下，至淮、徐注海，凡分汇各流，悉考古证今，颇为详尽。
