江文波修。蒲犁，原称色勒库 尔，即今塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县。是志系奉饬编辑之小 学教材，成书于清光绪末。列14目，约2000余字，概述该 地历史、政治、经济、地理、民族等。所载民族、户口、物产、 商务，对研究该地民族史、经济史有一定参考价值。有光 绪三十三年(1907)稿本、抄本，1955年湖北省图书馆辑《新 疆乡土志稿二十九种》打印本，1976年新疆图书馆重印本， 1986年日本《新疆省乡土志三十种》本。
