清代典籍。张翼廷修,张士达、奎斌、邹铭勋纂。一册,不分卷。翼廷,字翊宸,河北承德人。士达,生平不详。光绪三十三年(1907)八月,翼廷以柳河知事聘士达编纂是书,并亲自审定。约八千字。为柳河县第一部方志。记事止于光绪三十三年(1907)。内容包括:历史、政绩录、耆旧录(缺)、人类、户口、氏族、宗教、实业、地理、山、水、道路、物产等,计15目。现有光绪三十三年抄本藏辽宁省图书馆。
