地方志书。约为清光绪三十四年 (1908) 由李绍纲、徐芳修纂。此志依清末部颁乡土志例目。一册不分卷。绍纲,时任县劝所总董;徐芳,县巡警总局董事。按清末固定目录程式填报成书。约四千五百字。记事止于光绪三十四年(1908)。分历史、政绩、兵事、耆旧、户口、地理、山、水、物产等十五目。记事简略。是为康平县设治百余年第一部志书。沈阳市图书馆藏抄本。
