《天台风俗志》一卷，记台州府天台县风物民情。天台县隶属于今台州市，因天台山而得名，位于浙江省东部、台州市区西北部。三国吴大帝黄武至黄龙三年（222-231年）之间，从会稽郡章安县分置始平县，此为天台建县之始。《小方壶斋舆地丛钞》中，以《天台风俗志》为阙名，根据附录《天台山文化·民间聚会》可知，著者为清末民初天台陈锺琪。
