作者佚名。 清末奉饬而纂。不分卷,列14目,约2000余字,孚远,今吉木萨尔。清乾隆四十一年(1776)置丞,光绪二十九年(1903)升格为县。简明记述了该县的历史、地理、民族、物产等,是志行文虽简,然叙同治、光绪年间该地民团首领孔才事颇详,具有一定参考价值。现有光绪三十三年(1907)抄本、1955年湖北省图书馆编《新疆乡土志稿二十九种》油印本、1976年新疆图书馆重印本等。
