一称《四明续志》、《开庆续志》。南宋吴潜修,梅应发、刘锡撰。十二卷。开庆元年(1259)成书。因续《宝庆四明志》而作,故名。四明即庆元府,治今浙江宁波市。全书内容分为庆元府额、增秩因任、学校、科举、城郭、坊巷、郡圃、水利等三十七子目。凡山川、疆域前志已叙者,即不复载。多述判庆元府吴潜治绩及其诗文,系因人修志。
