二卷。清叶封撰。叶封，字井叔,黄州 (今属湖北省) 人。顺治十六年(1659) 进士,官至工部虞衡司主事。本书乃康熙十二年 (1673) 官登封知县时所编撰。登封 (今属河南省)在嵩山之南。嵩山名胜古迹甚多,有阳城遗址、中岳庙、汉嵩山“三阙”等等。故其所录碑刻,以“嵩阳”为名。此书皆录碑刻全文。有些碑刻,如汉嵩山 “太室神阙铭”、“开母庙石阙铭”、“少室神道石阙铭”以及唐武则天“封圯坛碑”等,欧、赵、洪诸书均失载,而此书却收录了。洪书只载汉魏,欧,赵二录仅止于五代,而此书所录金石有宋、金、元明等朝之碑刻,辨证精博。传本为 “四库全书”本。
