一卷。周田俅 (约前360—300)撰。田俅或作田鸠,齐人。《汉书·艺文志》墨家类有 《田俅子》三篇,注:先《韩子》。《隋书·经籍志》:“梁有《田俅子》一卷,亡。”新、旧 《唐书》不著录,说明该书已佚。清人孙诒让曾指出:“田俅晓陈符瑞,非墨氏徵实之学。与其反对楚王以文害用之论,亦复乖牾,或出依托。”诒让之说颇近事实。现存的版本有:清人马国翰博引他书,辑成一卷,以《玉函山房辑佚书》刊行。劳格亦尝辑之,可惜此本较略,不及马国翰本。
