8卷。旧题周列御寇撰。原本已佚,今本出于晋人收集。其内容庞杂,多宣扬道家虚无思想,兼言佛儒及神仙之说,但保存了较多的古代寓言,神话及民间故事,具有较高的文学价值,对后世散文发展颇有影响。《列子》注本以晋张湛注最早,有《四部备要》本。《四部丛刊》本题作《冲虚至备真经》。
