古代食谱。清代李化楠撰。李化楠,字廷节,号石亭,罗江 (今四川罗县) 人。此书是作者为浙江地方官时所搜集的饮食知识、饮食习俗等资料,后经其子李调元整理而成。全书分上下2卷,共记载121则关于调味品、菜肴、糕点小吃、腌腊食品加工、饮料制法及食品贮藏法等。书中所收菜点,以江南风味为主,亦有四川当地风味,还有少数北京风味及西洋品种。菜肴的制法简明,尤以山珍海味类有特色。书中所记腌制蔬菜的品种较多。
