明周高起著。周高起, 江阴人,富收藏,精鉴赏,嗜茗饮, 好壶艺。该书不分卷,载《檀几丛 书》等刊本,主要记述芥茶的品类、 产地、制作等,其中述湖南南岳茶: “贡茶,即南岳茶也。天子所尝,不 敢置品。县官修贡,期以清明日入山 肃祭,乃始开园。采制视松罗、虎 丘,而色香丰美,自是天家清供,名 曰片茶。” 下并记其采制、烹煎之 法,颇为周详。
