古代食谱。元代倪瓒(1301—1374)撰。倪瓒,初名瑛,字元缜,号云林,无锡(今江苏无锡)人,与黄公望、吴镇、王蒙合称为元代四大画家。晚年隐居。著有《清闷阁集》等。《云林堂饮食制度集》辑录有关主食糕点、菜肴、茶酒、调味品等50多种烹制与饮食方法,其中以鱼蟹为多,是一部反映水乡无锡一带的食谱著作。
