胡兰成

胡兰成于1974年受聘到中国文化学院讲学，1976年返回日本侨居。彼时，仙枝、朱天文、朱天心等一群年轻人正通过胡兰成的书信指导，在文坛领袖朱西宁的直接引导下，办起了文学刊物《三三集刊》，开始追求文学理想。为了鼓励青年写作者，胡兰成亲自撰文指导，遂有此书《中国文学史话》，实际上是胡兰成给仙枝、朱天文等年轻弟子的文学教材。
