茶税茶法专著。宋代沈括撰。约成书于宋元祐六年(1091)。原为 《梦溪笔谈》卷十二中的一段,元末陶宗仪《说郛》将其作为专书录出,并以该段首四字题书名。全文约一千一百字,主要记述宋朝茶税和茶叶专卖,对研究茶史和茶文化有一定参考价值。
