清代顾仲编著。顾仲，字咸山，号中村、松壑、浙江饕士，浙江嘉兴人。著有《历代画家姓氏韵编》、《松壑诗》等。《养小录》共分上、中、下3卷，内分“饮之属”、“餐之属”、“饵之属”、“餐芳谱”、“果之属”、“嘉肴篇”等部分。该书记载了饮料、佐料、蔬菜、糕点、果品、鱼蟹、肉类等190多种食品，并简单介绍了每种食品的烹调方法，尤以浙江风味为主。它是研究清代浙江饮食的一部颇有影响的著作。
