八卷。明梅鼎祚(1549—1615)编。梅鼎祚仿冯惟讷《古诗纪》之意，辑陈、隋以前之文为《文纪》，此为其一。南朝至陈而终，文亦至陈而极敝。其时能自成家者，诗仅阴铿、张正见，文则徐陵、沈炯以外，唯江总所传稍多。此编兼其陈，隋诸作，割并于陈，以足卷帙，未免有违史家;但梅鼎祚既取南北朝文通为编次，以成系列，倘缺其一代，则源流始末有所未详，是以不得已之变例。此书有《四库全书》本。
