二卷。清何琇撰。何琇字君琢，号厉庵，宛平 (今北京市) 人。雍正进士，官至宗人府主事。全书多为考证之文，共一百二十条，论经义方面内容占大多数，其次是论小学方面内容，另外还涉及字学、韵学等。其中，论六书，颇与旧说异同。如秃字当从禾的会意。如射字从身从寸为籀文，象手持弓形之意，其说都有独创。书中收辑《学问大旨》一书，皆尊从阎若据、顾炎武、朱彝尊、毛奇龄诸家思想。收入《守山阁丛书》清道光二十四年(1844)金山钱氏据墨海金壶刊版重编增刊本。清光绪十五年(1889)上海鸿文书局据清钱氏本影印。民国十一年(1922)上海博古斋据清钱氏本影印。《四书全书》本。
