四卷。清胡承诺(1607—1681)撰。承诺字君信，号石庄，天门 (今属湖北省)人。是书系其读书杂论，内容庞杂，共九十八条。清王履谦作序称此书论理精赅，叙事准确，引证史籍丰富，考据经义详尽，且每叙一事立一题，层次分明，意义精深，对上足以供朝廷君相治国安邦，对下足以供百姓学士修身善行。版本有清光绪十七年(1891)三余草堂刊《湖北丛书》本，民国年间上海商务印书馆《丛书集成初编》本。
