一卷。明张宁撰。生卒年不详。张宁字静之，号方洲，海盐(今浙江海盐)人。明代宗景泰五年进士，官给事中，出知汀州知府。他工书画，善诗文，著有《方洲集》二十六卷，《读史录》四卷，《奉使录》二卷与本书。此书杂记琐事见闻，其中科举、登第、梦兆等事记载颇详。全书只二十余则，篇幅较小，《四库全书》所收本疑非足本。此外还有《宝颜堂秘笈》本、《学海类编》本、《丛书集成初编》本。又《百陵学山》本、《续说郛》本题《方洲杂录》。
