名言，一卷。遇夫《迂言百则·弁言》：“迂言者何?善言也。善则何迂乎尔?言人所不言也。人所不畜而言，言而善，则何以迂?非所当言也。善则何不当言?非其人也。……明其道，功则勿计，世所急也而迂之，故闻者以为迂也。虽然，惠迪吉，积善庆，古圣有言矣，果迂乎哉?不迂也。”迂，拘泥固执、不切实际之言。书名《迂言》，反用其义而有愤世意。有《岭南遗书》本、《丛书集成初编》本。
