《牧民忠告》、《风宪忠告》及《庙堂忠告》三书之合称。元张养浩撰。《牧民忠告》系任县令时著，二卷，分拜命、上任、听讼、御下、宣化、慎狱、救荒、事长、受代、居闲十章。《风宪忠告》为任御史时著，一卷，分自律、示教、询访、按行、审录、荐举、纠弹、奏对、临难、全节十篇。《庙堂忠告》为任参议中书省事时著，分修身、用贤、重民、远虑、调变、任怨、分谤、应变、献纳、退休十篇。明洪武二十二年(1389)黄士宏合三书为《为政忠告》，有《四部丛刊三编》本。宣德六年(1431)李骥重刻，改名《三事忠告》，有《贷园丛书》本。
