清叶德辉(1864—1927)著。有1911年湖南长沙家刻本,上海古典文学出版社1957年版。系叶氏所撰三部文献论著之一。该书根据乾嘉后私家藏书的一般特点及其个人藏书实践撰成。此为叶氏专论藏书方法的著述,分购置、鉴别、装潢、陈列、抄补、传录、校勘、题跋、收藏、印记十项。较常熟孙从添(1702—1772)专著《藏书纪要》的论述更为精密。此书还同时记有藏书家之心得。有观古堂刊本。
