明杨慎编。成书年月不详。共5卷。此书收录当时较不常见而古书上用过的字，按106韵编排。上平、下平、上、去、入各一卷。意义难明的，则先释义;音不明则以反切注音。但较大部分是辨明异体。异体字下先以常用字注明，而后明其出处。也有少部分是正字的。作此书的用意与他作《古音骈字》、 《古音复字》相近，是为了存古字，以为当时识字提供方便。此书收入《函海》。
