八卷。未著撰书人姓名。《宋史·艺文志》不载此书,诸家书目也未著录,只有《文渊阁书目》里有记载,但世无传本,仅见于《永乐大典》 中。此书收录碑刻,上自周秦,下到五代。根据书中写有宣和、靖康年号,可知为南宋人所撰。书中有“瑞州”标目,查史书得知,宋理宗宝庆元年(1225)为避理宗讳,改筠州为瑞州 (今属江西省),可知撰书者是宋理宗以后的人。此书分为八类,即: 帝王、太子诸王、国主、名臣、释氏、道士、妇人、姓名 (残缺)。
