北宋江西泰和地区的水稻品种志,也是中国迄今所见最早的水稻品种专志。北宋曾安止撰。5卷。安止字移忠,吉州庐陵(今江西吉安)人,或误作温陵人。熙宁进士。曾官彭泽(今属江西)县令。哲宗绍圣初年,苏轼过境,安止进此书。轼赞其记事详实,行文温雅,惜述耕稼而不谱农器,为作《秧马歌》附后。秧马为插秧所用,可知此书为最早的水稻栽培专著。
