1卷。苏洵撰。北宋兵学著作。《权书》“兵书也,而所以用仁济义之术也”(《权书序》)。该书十篇可分为前后两组。分心术、法制、强弱、攻守、用间、孙武、子贡、六国、高帝、项籍10篇,是军事理论书,也包含政论、史论。作者论述了将帅应具备的基本素质,如何指挥军队、分析敌情、措置强弱、进攻防守,也论及与军事有关的历史人物、历史事件,简略而精当。此书在《嘉祐集》卷二、卷三。《宋史·艺文志》将《嘉祐集》归入集部。
