北宋李廌撰。一卷。此书记苏轼、范祖禹及黄庭坚、秦观、晁补之、张耒、苏过等人所谈,故曰《师友谈记》。书中可见北宋名人轶事、言论、风采,且大都确实可据,有资料价值。书中称哲宗为“今上”,末记苏轼帅定州事,据此知其书当作于绍圣年间。书中所记诸人皆元祐胜流,学间文章、辉映一代,故所载多名言,非小说琐录可比。有商务印书馆《丛书集成初编》本。
