南宋沈作喆撰。十卷。作喆字明远,号寓山,湖州(今浙江吴兴)人。绍兴进士。官至左奉议郎。曾有《寓林集》三十卷,今佚。约当淳熙元年(1174)成此书。以评议北宋名臣之篇居多。有《知不足斋丛书》本、《丛书集成初编》本。本书以考辨经史诗文为主,涉及面较广。由于作者学问渊博,才辩纵横,所述颇可供参考。此书自序题“甲午岁”,是为淳熙元年(1174),据序知此书为作者放废以后所著。书中多文史杂考,往往信实有据。所记北宋遗闻轶事,亦可资考证。
