唐武则天撰。一说著作郎元万顷等奉敕撰。一作《臣范》。2卷,共10篇。成书于上元二年(675),一说成书于垂拱元年(685)。为武则天规诫群臣和神龙二年(706)以前贡举习业的读本。仿唐太宗《帝范》,篇目有同体、至忠、守道、公正、匡谏、诚信、慎密、廉洁、良将、利人。认为忠孝一体,“君亲既立,忠孝形焉。奉国奉家,率由之道宁二,事君事父,资敬之途斯一。臣主之义,其至矣乎!”
