唐南卓撰。一卷。卓字昭嗣。进士出身。初授拾遗，大中时任黔南经略使。是编分前后二条，前录叙述羯鼓源流、形状，开元天宝时羯鼓五事， 广德时一事。成书于大中二年(848)。后录载崔铉说宋璟知音事，并载诸宫曲名、佛曲、食曲等调名，共一百二十八曲名。全篇约三千字。成书于大中四年。为研究中国古代音乐史的重要资料。版本较多，主要有《续百川学海》、《宝颜堂秘笈》、《说郛》 (宛委山堂本)、《五朝小说》、《四库全书》、《唐人说荟》、《丛书集成初编》等本。
