一卷。宋窦苹撰。窦苹,字子野,汶上(今山东汶上县)人。生卒年及事迹均不详。著作除《酒谱》外,还有《新唐书音训》。《酒谱》杂叙关于酒的故事,寥寥数条,似有脱佚。然而《宋志》也作一卷。观其书,始于酒名,终于酒令,首尾完整,知原书仅止于此。大概为摘取新颖字句,以供采掇。其体例也与谱录稍有不同。现存《百川学海》本、《说郛》本、《唐宋丛书》本、《山居杂志》本、《夷门广牍》本、江阴缪氏云自在龛钞本二卷、《四库全书》本
