二十卷,清乾隆著。成于乾隆二十年(1755年)。其书训释多参考古义,对汉以来各家之说的得失、异同,进行辨析。根据《毛传》、《郑笺》,不同意将《郑风》诸篇概作淫诗之说。书中分章多以郑玄为说,征事主要依据《诗序》。其书的编纂,实由儒臣完成。
