六卷。元陈悦道撰。其生卒年及事迹均不详。此书自题曰邹次，亦不可确知其籍贯。此书说解《尚书》，于经文不作全面说解，仅摘录书中可供命题之文，逐句加以诠释，并标明作文之程式与要领。书首冠以“科场备用”，知此书实为科举应付考试而作，其书类似后世之讲章。学者不读全经，专在考题上下功夫，以为科举考试之捷径，此书实乃始作俑者，其影响极为不好。此书始刊于元代，原本久佚，现存除四库浙江巡抚采进本之外，未见别本。
