四卷。宋杨简撰。五《诰》系指《尚书》中《康诰》、《酒诰》、《梓材》、《召诰》、《洛诰》。五《诰》言词古奥，佶屈聱牙，最为难读，杨简于《尚书》选此五《诰》作注，知难而上，颇有大匠风范。该书说解，兼取众家之长，不专主一家之说；旧说有误，则自抒心得，于误说多所驳正。作者受当时学风影响，书中穿凿附会之处，在所难免。此书原本久已失传，《永乐大典》存《康诰》、《酒诰》、《召诰》、《洛诰》四篇，缺《梓材》一篇，库书据《永乐大典》将所存四篇录出，并依经文次第，厘定为四卷。此书现有《墨海金壶》本。
